The facility comprises 18 maturation warehouses, providing a total of 1.3m sq ft of storage space, arranged around a central hub which includes a tank farm with bulk blend and associated operations – these include a gatehouse, utility block, forklift storage, changing facility, IT hub, main electrical switch room, sprinkler tanks, associated service yards and access roads. As each phase was developed, the sprinkler main, service connections, SUDS attenuation and water treatment ponds were extended.
