Fusion Assets have employed us to design and construct an efficient, new 16,300 ft2 industrial unit in a prime location directly adjacent to the M8 corridor. The new unit will incorporate a wide range of energy saving features and will be enabled for net zero carbon operation. Fusion Asset's commitment to Community Benefits has been underlined by the inclusion of specific tender requirements that Muir Construction were happy to adopt and carry forward into the formal building contract.
