A new office and production facility, built to the specific requirements of Tetra. This new facility consisted of a fully fitted out office area, instructed under a major contract variation for additional offices, changing facilities within the warehouse, segregation of the warehouse area into a bunded chemical store and a general work area, including gantry crane installation, air compression and mechanical fit out. Significant redesign of the internal office layout within the overall construction period required the complete removal and reinstallation of initial M & E installations on two separate occasions. All works were completed on schedule and within client budget.
