Morey East were keen to provide a high quality office space and state of the art command centre for the onshore control of the windfarm turbines . This was to be complimented by modern welfare facilities for on and offshore operatives. Muir Construction have been nominated for a Green Award by Morey East for their excellent service when constructing the building in the space constraints of the site, which was in a challenging location with a range of neighbouring harbour users and town centre stake holders.
